How do I add/change to my subscription?
Add your extras to your basket like a normal shop . Click your preference, every week/2 weeks (depending on the subscription you’re adding it to). Then click the green button below the check out button that says “add to existing subscription”.

To remove items simply go to ‘My Subscriptions‘ and click the X next to any product you don’t want. Please note it will not let you go below the £16.95 minimum order so its recommended that you add the new items first.

If your subscription has already renewed the changes will be for the following week. You can not change active subscriptions! As always, any problems please don’t hesitate to get in contact. 

How does the doorstep refill work?
Our vans are now kitted out with free flow dispensers, so we refill your containers at your door. If you’re not in, leave your containers with your crate or box that we’re collecting and we’ll fill them up and leave them with your new order. If you’ve forgotten to order your refills, our drivers have card machines to process any extras.

What days do you deliver?
We Currently deliver to Brighton on Tuesday (evening), Wednesday, Thursday (evening), Friday, and Saturday. All other areas are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. If you’re not local we may contact you to switch your delivery to a day when we are already delivering in your area.

What packaging do you use?
We try our best to use no packaging at all. However with certain products this just isn’t possible. When this happens, and paper isn’t a viable option, we use fully compostable and biodegradable bags made from potato starch. This helps us to keep your food fresh without harming the planet!

How can I change my order?
Once orders are placed, there is not an option to change them through your account. However, please let us know if you change your mind and we’ll see what we can do. Please not that if this is after we have ordered your items this may not be possible.

What’s your minimum order?
Our minimum order is £16.95.

Where do you deliver?
We cover Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Eastbourne, Heathfield, Haywards Heath, Horsham & Burgess Hill along with all the following postcodes:

Can I change what’s in my box?
If there’s a couple of items that don’t quite take your fancy, let us know, along with anything you’d like to change it with (we’ll do our best) and we’ll be happy to swap this for you. If there are more than 2 things in your box that you don’t like, we suggest building your own from our online shop!

What if I’m not in?
If you’re not in, let us know where you’d like us to leave your box or we’ll leave it in the safest place possible.

How can I pay?
You can wither pay by card online, or select cash on delivery.

How do I change how often I get my subscription?
Currently you can only do this by cancelling your current subscription and creating a new one. For example: if you have a weekly subscription and want it delivered every other week, you will need to cancel the weekly and create a 2 weekly one.
